This deck of cards variation consists of 14" blocks with sashing to form corner stars. The individual strips are finished 3/4" and form a square block unlike the larger medallion quilt. Instructions for both machine and hand piecing are given. The quilt shown is approximately 42" square but can easily be made larger by adding more stars.
