Can you believe there are only about 4 months until Christmas? We just received some new stamped embroidery to make a special Christmas quilt or wall hanging. If we all start now we might just finish it in time to snuggle under the tree with the new quilt.

We have added a new page to our site--Mom's Page. It will have some of the patterns she designed as well as some fabrics.

The August Block in our block of the month quilt is posted, if you have problems with the download just email me for a file. We have also put the entire quilt pattern in one set. If you can't wait for the rest to be posted you may purchase the pattern.

Next stop for the quilt shows is in Harrisburg just after Labor Day. September 4 - 7. It was great to see you all in Hershey and Pittsburgh.

And if you are visiting Cabela's in Tilden Township, PA stop by our store, just around a corner or two. But before you leave the Cabela's store be sure to check out the wall hanging behind the service desk. We presented this to the Cabela's management during the ribbon cutting ceremony. After all if you are in Berks County you must have a quilt and since that detail escaped our engineer and solicitor we took care of it. Call or email for directions, we are not in the town of Hamburg. Our big, bad golden retriever will keep your kids entertained. Or maybe they will keep him entertained, he loves to play.

The Penn State Wall Hanging Pattern can be easily machine pieced. Just a week until football season opening! Of course my daughter is more interested in their runner-up national championship Field Hockey team. I have also completed Penn State Charts that will fit into the Pieced Wall Hanging Pattern. Both of these patterns may be purchased here or at "Big Blue on the Corner" the Student Book Store on College Avenue in State College.
