We are using our facebook page to announce new fabric arrivals, pattern completions, and specials. To jump start this new information outlet we are having a contest. Help us reach 250 fans of Wilson's Calico Corner Facebook page and be entered for a drawing of a $10 gift certificate. Since Facebook is free there is of course no cost for this contest. Good Luck and Thanks.
Our latest tote bag/purse pattern is still in the works. You would think that since I made the bags 2 months ago I could finish the pattern -- I even took pictures of each step so I wouldn't have to try and draw them. It is almost completed so watch this page for the pattern availability. http://www.wilsonscalico.com/catalog/item/1644019/7724698.htm
Our Block of the Month club, which has been going on for about 15 months is nearing completion. Just 8 more blocks, of course this means I have to think of 8 more leaf designs. I do have a design for the completed pattern, but we need to get the leaves finished first. Thank you for your patience and I hope you are enjoying the leaves as they come out. --both in the patterns and on the spring twigs.
A new item this year is the wooden quilt block ornaments. http://www.wilsonscalico.com/newproducts.html They can be used for gift tags, ornaments, or combine a group with fishing wire to make a quilting mobile. There is also a large black plastic that makes a great wall decoration.
